Its height is 333m, which is higher than the Eiffel Tower in Paris (320m). Also its weight is 4000 tons, which is much lighter than the Eiffel Tower (7000 tons). The Tokyo tower is transmitting 24 broadcast waves: 14 are analog waves, 10 are digital waves. And there are 176 lights lighting up the tower. You can see the Tokyo tower illuminated with an orange light. According to the Civil Aeronautic law, the color of Tokyo tower is orange and white.

Up to the observatory, there is one more observatory, which is 250m high. Going to the special observatory, being a clear day, Mt. Fuji and Mt. Tsukuba can be seen.

It is called “Look down window”. You can enjoy looking down through the window.
Many visitors enjoy standing there and taking a picture. It might be amazing experience.

Looking the view in Tokyo from the tower, you can see the temple named “Zojo-ji”.

The temple was from 1393, and well known as an orthodox and fundamental Nembutsu (means a prayer to Amida Buddha) seminary for Jodo shu in east Japan area. After the Tokugawa Ieyasu, who started Edo period, ruled Japan, the Zojoji temple became the Tokugawa’s temple.
